Morphotonix uses its proprietary technology to nano-engrave un-copiable features on free-form 3D metallic master moulds used in plastic injection moulding, compression moulding, blow moulding, sealing, and laminating. The plastic articles replicate the nano-engraved elements from the mold during the standard production cycle. The customers’ molds are sent to Morphotonix, where we process them with custom nano-engraved elements and designs and deliver them back ready for the production lines.
